I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing purposes.

Your information is stored securely in encrypted and password-protected systems, including:

• Gmail and Google Drive (for communication and file storage)
• Revolut Pro (for invoicing and payments)
• GoDaddy (for website hosting and contact forms)

Access is limited to me and trusted service providers who are GDPR-compliant.

• Client and financial records are kept for up to 6 years, as required by Irish tax law.
• Photos, drawings, and project materials are retained while they remain relevant or until consent is withdrawn.
• Enquiry data is deleted after 1 year if no project begins.

I only share personal data where necessary, for example with:

• My accountant (for tax purposes)
• Payment processors (Revolut Pro)
• Landscapers or suppliers involved in your project

All third parties follow GDPR requirements and process data securely.

You have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Ask for corrections to inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing in certain cases
